Yasiru Products started on 2019, Sri Lankan pickles, often referred to as Achcharu, are a staple in the country’s cuisine. They are known for their unique blend of sweet, spicy, and tangy flavors. The most popular type is the Malay pickle, but there are many other varieties made with different vegetables and spices.

Malay Pickle: This is the most famous and beloved pickle in Sri Lanka. It’s a vibrant mixture of carrots, capsicum, chilies, shallots, garlic, ginger, and mustard seeds, all cooked in a sweet and spicy vinegar-based sauce. It’s a versatile condiment that complements a wide range of dishes. Sinhala Achcharu: This traditional pickle is often made during special occasions like the Sinhala and Tamil New Year. It typically includes vegetables like swede, carrots, and red pearl onions, seasoned with unique spices.
Brinjal Pickle: A spicy and tangy pickle made with eggplants.
Mango Pickle: A sweet and sour pickle with a hint of spice, made from green mangoes.
