Welcome to Industrial Development Board, business profile website (“Site”) operated by the Industrial Development Board (“IDB,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read these Terms carefully before using our Site. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Site.
Eligibility
By using our Site, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. Business Profile Submission
Our Site allows businesses to create a profile and submit their information for inclusion in our directory. By submitting your business profile, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
Moderation
We reserve the right to review and moderate all business profiles submitted to our Site. We may reject or remove any business profile at our discretion, including without limitation for violating these Terms or for any other reason.
Ownership and Use of Content
You retain ownership of all content you submit to our Site, including your business profile information. By submitting content to our Site, you grant the Industrial Development Board a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, copy, modify, distribute, publish, and process your content for the purpose of operating our Site and providing our services.
Prohibited Content
You may not submit any content to our Site that is false, misleading, fraudulent, defamatory, libelous, obscene, pornographic, or otherwise objectionable, or that infringes on any third-party rights.
User Conduct
You agree to use our Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe on the rights of, restrict, or inhibit any other user from using or enjoying our Site. You agree not to use our Site to send unsolicited messages, spam, or other unauthorized advertising or promotional materials.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Termination

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Sri Lanka for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of our Site.
