Oligap Exports (Pvt) Ltd is a limited liability company register under company act number 07 of 2007.We are a company engaged in Manufacturing and Exporting wide range of Sri Lankan Agricultural products to the world under the brand name “Farm Ceylon”. We were engaged in the local market for a long period and we have expand our market from local to global market. Spices, Coconut and coconut based products, dehydrated food products, fruit and vegetables are the mainly focusing agricultural products by Oligap exporters. Our target is to share the high quality, highly demanded Ceylon agricultural products experience with the global market.

BACKGROUND

Monaragala is a rural area situated in Sri Lanka with huge amount of agricultural products. They cultivate Pepper, Turmeric, Ginger, Manioc, King Coconut, Coconut, Areca nut, Maize and also fruits and vegetables in mass quantities. But there was no effective market and fair market price for the agricultural products produce by these rural farmers. The founders of Oligap Exports (Pvt) Ltd also belongs to farming family. The main purposes of this business is to give fair price for the products of rural farmers, giving job opportunities for rural people mainly for unemployed females, sharing the Ceylon high quality spices and other food products with the global customers. Oligap exporters finally target on enhancing the lifestyles of our customers, farmers, employees and other external and internal parties joint with different purposes.

DRIED ARECA NUT (BETEL NUT) (Areca catechu)

Kiri Ala is known in different names in different parts of the world, which are American Taro, Arrowleaf Elephant’s Ear, Barbados Nut Eddoe, Cocoyam, Elephant Ears, Green Arrow Elephant Ears, Malanga, New Cocoyam, Tannia, Uyautia, Yannia Leaf Spinach, Yautia, Yautia Tannia, Yellow Ocumo, Yellow Yautia. Kiri Ala is a starchy root vegetable and has a rough, hairy outer skin, with a crisp, white or pink flesh.
