Dr. Malavige is the Chairman/MD of Lassana Flora, a company he founded while still a medical student. Dr. Malavige is a proven entrepreneur with a passion for making a difference in society by improving health and happiness for all stakeholders and the community at large. He previously served as a clinical research fellow at the Oxford Centre for Diabetes Metabolism, University of Oxford, and is a pioneering specialist in Sexual Medicine in Sri Lanka and the South Asian region. He plans to primarily focus on his entrepreneurial aspirations to build a globally competitive organization that sets standards in service delivery. Dr. Malavige's business philosophy is based on honesty, integrity, creativity and innovation, continuous improvement, and fairness.
