Excellent Customer Service

I would like to express my sincere appreciation to one of your Careline nurse, Pramudya, for her exceptional support and kindness.

Getting an appointment with Dr. Dulani is usually very difficult and requires booking at least a month in advance. However, due to my mother’s recent health condition—she had to be hospitalized twice last week due to high blood pressure—I was in urgent need of the doctor’s advice.

When I called JR Hospital thru its hotline, Pramudya answered the call. She informed me that Dr. Dulani’s session was already full, but after I explained the situation, she assured me that she would speak to the doctor and call me back. As promised, she got back to me and managed to secure an appointment for my mother.

I’m extremely grateful for her help. It was a huge relief during a stressful time, and her professionalism, empathy, and follow-through truly stood out.
