  • Domestic Oil Expeller - RL5H

    Care has to be taken while expelling the oil to ensure maximum oil recovery with minimum power consumption; the cake should not be burnt, proteins, vitamins and nutrients should not be damaged, colour fixation of oil should not take place, minimum heat should be generated while expelling process; moisture should not find its way with extracted oils, filtration should be in such a manner that no cake particles remain in contact with oil, thus FFA of oil should not be increased. This Domestic Oil expeller machine is hand operated and easy to operate at home and small batches of oil can be processed with high efficiency. Our oil expeller includes features like front head heating band, locking tools and base plate which can be mounted to a table. Our domestic oil expeller has comprised with a simple, compact and heavy duty structure. If you need to produce safe and quality oil at home using seeds such as Almond, Peanut, Coconut, Sesame etc., this would be the machine indeed.

    Our oil expellers are specially designed to extract oil from coconut Meat and oily seeds. It feature special cold pressing process and consists of conveying screw system which deliver excellent performance and continues use. All the apparatuses contacted with oil are made with special stainless steel material to maintain the high quality of extruded oil.

  • Virgin Coconut Oil Expeller - RL12

    Our Industrial use oil expellers are critically designed to extract virgin coconut oil, also suitable for other seeds to extract oils using extra nozzles.     Dehusked coconut need to be removed the hard shell before they have been processed. Generally deshelling process have been undertaken by skilled man power. At present due to lack of availability of skilled labour, this process had become a challenging task. As a solution deshelling machine has been introduced to the market and it can be operated even an unskilled labour. Our deshelling machines comes with single or two deshelling stations.
