American Premium Water Systems(APWS), the pioneer in the bottled water industry in Sri Lanka, was incorporated in 1995 as a joint venture company with American Liquid Packaging Systems, Inc., known as ALPS in the U.S. Thereafter, from a fledgling entity riding over 28-years we grew steadily to become a giant in the water-bottled industry. Our manufacturing facility is located closer to Hanwella, an area which boasts of clean raw water.

In addition to the operations in Colombo, we have established islandwide coverage through our branches located in Anuradhapura, Kurunegala, Galle and Hambantota backed by a strong network of distributors. APWS is presently the market leader for purified bottled drinking-water in Sri Lanka, having captured 60% market share.

We have a stream of associate companies established around the existing supply chain, which include American Premium Holdings, Cap Snap Lanka, Trendpride, Innotech Polymers and Premium Aqua Services (India), all involved in their respective field of trade.
