Please AVOID them at all cost!!! I recently had my surfboard rail ding repaired with BAFF, however it turns out they don't understand surfboard at all. Therefore the repaired part became hollow and fragile. On a new impact with someone, (coincidentally on the exact spot!) it clasped inwards and the shuttered edge scratched the person badly. Essentially it's more dangerous to have a ding poorly repaired. I repaired the ding again at a shaper / repair place and I was told in my case, a new piece of foam needs to be cut to shape and placed inside before seal with raisin. I contacted BAFF but they were dismissive and rude, without offering a solution. To my concern of their bad repair they simply said "it's a small ding, other people have a much bigger damage and injury" What kind of logic is this? And they literally told me "Locals don't come here, only the tourists are coming here to repair." I'm shocked about the whole thing! Please avoid making the same mistake as I did
