Worst customer service ever. I went to alka horana outlet last week to buy 2 water bottles 19l each. There was a man and a lady sittling on the chairs( probably the workers/owners) and non of them bothered to help me to put the bottles in to my car. So with great difficulty i did it myself without any complain. But once i reached home that day i had a back pain probably due the weight i lifted in the evening. Again Today i went to ALKA horana outlet to buy 2 water bottles (19l bottles) and again there were the same man and the lady sitting on the chair. I purchased the 2 bottles and politely I asked that lady whether one of them can help me with the 2 bottles since I was in pain last time. Then the man came angrily and told me ‘miss next time when you come to buy water bottles bring a man who can lift the bottles’ I was shocked.and I explained why I asked for help and told him that in other places the workers help us to carry the bottles. but he refused that. So ALKA -Horana next time why don’t you put up a notice saying that you sell water to those who comes with a man who is capable of lifting the bottles? Worst customer service ever!
