• Wattalappam

Wattalapam is a Sri Lankan dessert often described as a rich, creamy custard with a distinct taste and aroma. It has a similar consistency to a flan but boasts a unique flavor profile thanks to the use of spices like cardamom, cloves, and cinnamon, along with the sweetness of palm sugar or jiggery

Wattalapam is typically baked in small ramekins or individual molds, resulting in individual servings.
