This is referring KACHER Service Center. I bought KACHER WD1 Vacuum cleaner. This is one of their most common products. I handed over the Vaccum cleaner to repair. They had to remove dust and replace the wheels. Looking into the service quotation, they mentioned LKR 70,000 which is even above the brand new Vacuum cleaner price for the same product. The reason provided was " no replacement wheels and we have to order". Been an entry model, I expect them to have parts and if they don't have, they could have arranged a facility to handover the machine and replace it once stocks return. I think they purposely quoted a way higher price. I will never buy KACHER products from them. Might well use a company with better after sales services like Singer.

I am referring to Tudawe Trading KARCHER service center. Their customer care is nil. I handed over my KARCHER pressure washer them to repair several days ago. Generally, once the repair is done they have to inform the customer to collect it from their repair center at Narahenpita. But I didn’t get any call or message. Then several days later I phoned and asked about my pressure washer. Their answer was ‘we will inform you once it repaired’. 👹 Means, even they can take months to repair since they don’t have any commitment for delivery date. Then immediately I contract repair center in-charge person and asked about the progress of repairing my washer. Then he checked with relevant people and said that it’s already repaired and I can collect it on the same day afternoon. What a shame. Then two days back I went to collect it and gave them the tax invoice which I paid for. Then they ask me to wait until they bring it from upper floor. I was waiting and waiting but nothing is happening. Then I went back to office and shouted them. Then that officer came to repair unit and asked about my item. Then only they said that it’s with them. But they did deliver it to me. Why??? Do they want to keep their customers waiting purposely???

It is the authorised service and repair centre for Karcher products. Service is good. Parking available for about 4 vehicles and as it is not a busy place, that looks sufficient.

Products are Very high in prices. Repair also high price. Not that worth. But services good.
