We had a very poor experience with SBS Office Solutions Ltd. The staff were incredibly unhelpful and seemed uninterested in resolving even the simplest issues. Customer service was shockingly bad — calls and emails went unanswered, and when We did get through, We met with rude and dismissive responses. We expected a professional service but was met with complete disorganization and lack of accountability. We would not recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable office solutions.
