Jetwing Hotels Sri Lanka

This hotel is a shame for the brand "Jetwing" Not even at the 3 Star level. We booked 2 rooms here. lots of things were half broken - taps, toiletries, pool side shower taps. The bin inside the washroom need to be opened by hand. There were couple of glasses at our table in the main restaurant which were Smells so fishy. disgusting 🤮 Not satisfied with the taste of food and the choice of food were very poor. there were so many guests and a considerable amount of them was foreigners. hotel decorations were so outdated and rarely maintained. but the beds were comfy and the room with a balcony which looked out to the pool was beautiful. Pool side area was beautiful and calm. nice beach and is best for surfing. Staff was friendly and polite except beach boys. so disappointed and NOT gonna visit again!

Jetwing Yala is located very close to the Yala National Park. So ideal for many tourists or visitors going there on excursions. Service of the team at the dining halls: 5/5 Overall service of the entire team: 5/5 Quality of food: 5/5 Variety of food: 4/5 (but mainly due to the current restrictions) Rooms & upkeep: 3/5 The stay itself was wonderful, the experience we got from the team in the dining area really outdid our expectations. If it was not for them this would have been a three star rating compared to the rooms at the other properties in the area. The team welcoming us was very sweet as well, and really went the extra mile to help celebrate our daughters birthday, from writing happy birthday on the bed to arranging a cake in the dinner area, it was truly wonderful. To the team that put all of this together, we all thank you and appreciate everything done. The rooms however need some upkeep and renovations as there were quite a few problems noticed, it is due to that the rating i have given is a 4 and not a 5. Thank you all again, It was wonderful and amazing. We got to see the elephant coming through the hotel and that was truly awesome!

This is the tour operator with whom I have toured many European countries and Japan. Excellent service is provided for money's worth. This month on the 28th, I am going to tour Vietnam.

Jetwing hotels always good place to visit with family! Food were awsm in every jetving hotel I have visited!

We spent two nights in Jetwing Yala and I must say everything was excellent. The staff is amazing and very helpful. The rooms were clean, very comfortable. I would like to thank front staff, head chef and all other staff who helped us during our dinner and BF time. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Yala.
