5 months agoI just finished getting my custom seat covers installed on my Fronx Gray Queen 🚘, and I'm thrilled with the result! 💫 The team at Edirisinghe Cushion Work offered incredibly flexible service, allowing us to customize the design exactly as we wanted. The final outcome perfectly matched our expectations, which is a great testament to their dedication 💪. It's also reassuring that all their products and services come with a warranty. 4 weeks agoI shared photos of my requirements with the advisor Mustaf prior to the visit, but received no response. I was given an appointment at 7:30 AM, yet had to wait until 9:10 AM just to speak to an advisor and explain my expectation of design. I was informed that only a basic cushion job could be completed within the day. At the same time, I also informed them about an issue with the seat belt warning, explaining that the passenger seat ribbon under the cushion might be disconnected which my service station discovered and explained. I followed up again at 12:00 PM to confirm whether it had been inspected and reconnected, but received no feedback. There was no communication throughout the day. At 7:00 PM, when I asked about my vehicle and specifically the seat belt issue, the advisor said it was not fixable — which was surprising for a company that promotes itself as a major interior modification center in South Asia. However, when the technician who actually worked on the car came for final checks, he informed that he attached the ribbon , and the issue was in fact resolved. The advisors were lying to cover the issue until that time as they missed to inform or look into it. It would have wasted the entire cost as I would need to go to another cushion job to get a simple job done which the advisors informed is unfixable by Ediringha. Appreciation to the technicians — their practical knowledge and attention fixed the problem. Unfortunately, the customer handling and communication by the advisors were poor, involving long delays, lack of updates, and misleading information. Would recommend future customers to be cautious and ensure clear communication and follow-ups if you decide to visit. Over-hyped but its the same as your home town cushion shop.

5 months agoI visited Edirisinghe Cushion two days ago to get seat covers and steering wheel wrapping done through their one day service. The quality of the work was good, neat and well finished. I was truly disappointed with the customer service and time management. I handed over my vehicle at 7:15 AM, and they promised to return it by 7:30 PM. But I only received it at 12:45 AM the next day. What was most frustrating was that no one seemed to care that we were left waiting outside until that late hour. The next day, I noticed some issues with the fitting and had to return. That’s when I met a young man named Manusha (I believe he’s a director or the owner’s son). After I explained the situation, he took immediate action to fix the problem and showed a humble, down-to-earth attitude, something I truly appreciated. Overall, while the craftsmanship was good, the poor time management and lack of communication need serious improvement. But, Manusha’s professionalism did help restore some confidence in their service.

a month agoI’m writing this review with disappointment, especially because Edirisinghe Cushion Works is a business with a long-standing reputation. I was given an appointment around 7.30 a.m. and arrived by 8.00 a.m.. I was later informed that the seat cover work would only be completed around 7.00 p.m., so I decided not to proceed with seat covers and asked them to do only tint work (windscreen and front windows only). Despite this, I ended up waiting from 8.00 a.m. until around 4.00 p.m. without receiving a single proper update or notification about when my work would start or be completed. This lack of communication was extremely frustrating. What made the situation worse was that a Toyota Raize arrived around 2.00 p.m., even though that customer had been given a 12.00 p.m. time slot. Once they arrived, their work was started immediately ahead of mine, and they left around 5.30 p.m. after completing similar work. Management can clearly get an idea of this situation by watching their CCTV footage. Taking on more vehicles than can be handled, not respecting appointment order, and failing to inform waiting customers will slowly damage the business and the reputation built over the years. Going forward, giving customers clear timelines and regular updates would greatly improve the experience. Another concern was the unprofessional attitude of one sales staff member, "Musthak". Sales staff are the face of the business, and if their behavior is not properly monitored, it can harm the owner’s legacy. On a positive note, the manager was polite, calm, and handled the situation professionally. It would help if that same pleasant approach was consistently followed by all sales staff. I hope this feedback is taken constructively so the business can maintain the good reputation it has built so far.I HAVE SEEN ANOTHER COMMENTS REGARDING SAME PERSON HERE. This version is balanced, factual, and safe — no aggressive wording. You can post this confidently.
