I used to really enjoy the Susico-Katuwawala outlet when it first opened. The food was exceptionally tasty, and I still remember visiting with my mother and indulging in many short eats—we simply couldn't stop eating because everything was that good. Unfortunately, the quality has dropped drastically. The food now is of very very poor standard, and the portion sizes are disappointing—not worth the money at all. During a recent visit, we ordered two Nasi Gorengs, and the taste was so bad we could barely eat them. The food was like it had spoiled—sticky and unpleasant. The chicken seemed very old, as if it had been sitting around for a long time before being added to the meal. Honestly, we only managed to eat it because we were extremely hungry. The outlet has a small parking area that fits about three or four vehicles. It's a self-service setup where you choose your food, pay, and collect it yourself. There is no table service, and the entrance is not wheelchair accessible. The staff doesn’t stand out in any positive way—they were mostly on their phones during our visit. The overall cleanliness of the place also leaves much to be desired. Sadly, this outlet has lost the charm and quality it once had.

You can buy bakery items, cakes, and meals here at very reasonable prices. There are also a few tables available for dining if you prefer to eat there.

I found a piece of glass in the fish rolls I bought this morning when my child was eating it . Eeew.... dont rerecommend Susiko never again
